When we process information on behalf of a customer as part of a hosted or managed service, that customer may be the controller of its own end-user data and PixlFlip may act as a processor or service provider according to the applicable service relationship.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone business. We may disclose information to service providers and processors who need it to perform work for us or on our behalf.

5. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites, software, documentation, platforms, or providers. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party services. Review their policies before providing information to them.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, account sessions, security checks, preferences, fraud prevention, performance, analytics, and troubleshooting. Most browsers allow you to remove or reject cookies. If you block cookies, some account, checkout, security, or portal features may not work correctly.

7. Social Logins and Connected Accounts

If we offer login or account linking through third-party providers such as Discord or other platforms, we may receive profile information such as your username, account ID, email address, avatar, and other information the provider shares according to your settings and consent. We use this information to authenticate you, connect accounts, provide support, and secure the Services.

8. International Transfers

PixlFlip operates from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your location.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain accounts, process billing, provide support, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security. When we no longer have a legitimate need to keep information, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate it, unless retention is required or permitted by law, backups, dispute handling, accounting, or security needs.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no electronic transmission, network, server, or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting credentials, and accessing the Services from secure devices and networks.

11. Minors

We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. 12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, and you may have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also update account information by logging into your account where that functionality is available.

To request review, update, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, contact support@pixlflip.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may retain certain information when required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, backup, abuse-prevention, or service-continuity reasons.

You can opt out of marketing communications by using unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages about your account, invoices, services, support, security, maintenance, or legal notices.

13. Do-Not-Track Signals

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform standard for responding to these signals, and we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Policy.

14. California, Virginia, and Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know what information is collected, request deletion, request correction, receive a copy of personal information, opt out of certain data uses, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. PixlFlip does not sell personal information as a standalone business. To exercise applicable rights, contact support@pixlflip.net.

We may collect or disclose, as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, categories such as identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet/network activity, approximate geolocation from IP address, support communications, business contact information, and account/security credentials. We use and retain these categories as needed to provide and secure the Services, comply with law, and operate the business.

15. Updates to This Policy
